Welcome to MobiLaunch!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MobiLaunch platform, developed and maintained by Herman Palmgren and Nordic Social Media AB. By accessing or using our website or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MobiLaunch is a Flutter boilerplate and development toolkit designed to help developers launch mobile apps faster using Firebase, RevenueCat, and production-ready architecture.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

When purchasing access to MobiLaunch, you receive a non-transferable license to use the codebase in your personal or commercial projects. You may modify and deploy the code for your own apps. However, reselling or redistributing the source code in its original or modified form is strictly prohibited.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting herman@nordicsocialmedia.com. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.

4. Data Collection

We may collect limited personal data (such as name and email) for customer support and transactional purposes. Payment processing is handled via third-party services and we do not store credit card details directly.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Non-personal information may be collected via cookies or analytics services to improve functionality, marketing insights, and platform performance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any legal disputes will be handled in Swedish courts.

7. Updates
